Prof.
Mohammed Said Abdullah is the Chairman of KCDF Board.
He is a specialist physician at Aga Khan Hospital, Nairobi and is
a past chairman of the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI).
He is also a member of the KCDF Trust. |

Mr
Aleke Dondo is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He is the Managing Director, Kenya Rural Enterprise Programme (K-Rep),
a national NGO specialising in small-scale credit and micro-enterprise
development. He is also a member of KCDF Trust

Arthur
Namu is the African Region Special Advisor to the Chairman,
ACE – Audit Control Enterprise SA, an international risk management
and credit support organization based in Geneva. He is a director
of the Institute of Economic Affairs and Vice Chairman of Wanjiru
Kunyiha Asthma Trust Fund. |

Atia Yahya is a consultant working on Health Insurance
and Director of Travel Creations Ltd. She is also a member of the
Rotary Club. She is Chairman of KCDF's Asset Development and
Investment Committee.

Mr P
S Shah is a Chartered Accountant and has experience
in India, England and Kenya. He is a specialist in cost control
and has worked in various industries and community initiatives. |

Ms
Nuriya Farah is a Senior Assistant Director of Education,
head of Admissions Section, Secondary Education Division, Ministry
Headquarters – Nairobi. She has played a key role in
the promotion and development of Girls Education in North Eastern
Province |

Ms Charity
Kabutha is a development consultant and has broad experience
in a variety of areas including community empowerment, integration
of gender in development planning and education. |

Eng.
Isaac Wanjohi founded Wanjohi Consulting Engineers in 1978,
the first indigenous engineering consulting firm in Kenya.
He is the Chairman of the KCDF Trust. As Director of the ISO
9000 certified firm, he has influenced a number of housing and construction
projects in Nairobi to provide for the special requirements of the
needy. |

Dr.
Vijoo Rattansi is the Chairman of the Rattansi Education
Trust, the Michael Blundell Trust, Jamii Zetu Africa and a Board member
of the Slums Information and Development Resource Centre (SIDAREC).
Mrs Rattansi is the chairman of East Africa Association of Grantmakers. |

Kibuga Kariithi is the Chief Executive of Ashbhu Securities
Ltd (Member of the Nairobi Stock Exchange). He is the immediate
former Chief Executive Officer of the Nairobi Stock Exchange and
has also previously worked as a Corporate Finance Director at Barclays
Bank of Kenya responsible for Capital Market activities in East
Africa. |

Kaniaru has joined KCDF as a Trustee. He is an advocate and
the Managing Partner of Kaniaru & Kaniaru Advocates. His main
interest is Public International and Environmental Law.He has worked
in several ministries of the Republic of Kenya and the United Nations. |
